Overcoming My Cleaning Compulsions

Hey, I can totally relate to what you’re going through. I struggled with cleaning compulsions for years before I finally sought help. It’s really tough to deal with, and it’s awesome that you’ve taken that step to get support. It’s not easy to open up about these things, but it’s such a relief when you do. Therapy has been a game-changer for me too. I’ve learned that it’s okay to let go of the need for everything to be perfectly clean and organized all the time. It’s a work in progress, for sure, but I’m feeling more and more free every day. Hang in there, and remember that it’s totally okay to ask for help. You’re not alone in this and things can get better. Sending you lots of positive vibes!
