Taking One Step at a Time

Living with OCD and chronic illness at 22 can be overwhelming at times, but I’m learning to take one step at a time. Some days are harder than others, but I’m finding strength in seeking support and connecting with others who understand. It’s okay to have setbacks and to feel frustrated, but I’m focusing on small victories and progress. I’ve come to realize that it’s important to prioritize self-care and to celebrate the moments of peace and joy, no matter how small they may seem. I’m grateful for the resources and community here that remind me I’m not alone in this journey.
