Spring is supposed to make me feel better, but lately it’s been doing the opposite. The brighter mornings and everyone making plans somehow make my depression feel heavier. I feel like I should be enjoying the weather, so when I don’t, I end up feeling guilty too.

Even small things feel harder, like opening the windows or replying to messages. The world looks more alive, while I feel stuck and tired. I’m trying not to force myself into being cheerful, but it’s difficult when spring seems to come with so many expectations.
