Overcoming the Physical Signs of PTSD

Hello everyone, I’m a 32-year-old woman who has been dealing with physical signs of PTSD for some time now. It’s been a tough road, but I’ve been working hard to find ways to manage and overcome these symptoms. It hasn’t been easy, but with the help of my therapist and support from loved ones, I’ve been making progress. I’ve found that incorporating regular exercise, mindfulness practices, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle has been incredibly beneficial for managing my physical symptoms. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m feeling more hopeful and empowered every day. I want to encourage anyone else out there who may be going through something similar to not give up hope. There are ways to manage and cope with the physical signs of PTSD, and with the right support and resources, it is possible to find relief and healing.
