I just turned 20 and I feel like the stress of life is getting to be too much to handle. I know that stress can lead to depression and I really don’t want to go down that road. It’s hard to talk about it with my friends because I feel like I’ll be judged or seen as weak. I just want to find healthy ways to cope and manage my stress so that it doesn’t take a toll on my mental health. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way and I’m hoping to find some support and guidance here.
