Overcoming Social Anxiety One Step at a Time

Dealing with social anxiety can be really tough, especially as a man in his late 20s. There’s this expectation that we should be confident and outgoing, but for some of us, it’s just not that simple. But I’ve been working on it. I’ve been taking small steps, like joining group activities and practicing positive self-talk. It’s not easy, and some days are really hard, but I can feel myself getting better. I want to encourage anyone else going through this to take those small steps, too. You’re not alone, and you can get through this. It takes time and effort, but it’s worth it in the end.
