Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with separation anxiety and how I have been working to overcome it. As a 44-year-old woman, the thought of being apart from my loved ones was causing me great distress. But I have found that seeking therapy and talking to others who have gone through similar experiences has been incredibly helpful. I have learned coping mechanisms and strategies to manage my anxiety, and I am starting to feel more confident in being independent. It’s been a tough road, but I am grateful for the progress I have made. I encourage anyone else dealing with separation anxiety to reach out for help and know that you are not alone in this struggle. There is hope for a brighter tomorrow.
