Overcoming PTSD Stress

Dealing with normal stress response PTSD can be incredibly challenging, but I’ve found some effective strategies that have really helped me. I’ve discovered the importance of seeking support from friends and family, as well as from mental health professionals. Additionally, I’ve found that engaging in regular physical activity has been incredibly beneficial for managing my symptoms. It’s not easy, and there are still tough days, but I’ve learned to be patient with myself and to celebrate even the small victories. I want to encourage anyone else going through something similar to remember that it’s okay to ask for help and that healing is possible. You’re not alone.
