Overcoming Psychogenic Tremor PTSD

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with psychogenic tremor PTSD. It’s been a difficult journey, but I’ve made a lot of progress in managing my symptoms. I’ve found that seeking support from a therapist and connecting with others who have similar experiences has been incredibly helpful. I’ve also learned to practice self-care and incorporate relaxation techniques into my daily routine. It’s important to remember that healing takes time and it’s okay to have setbacks. The most important thing is to keep pushing forward and not giving up. If anyone else is struggling with psychogenic tremor PTSD, know that you’re not alone and there is hope for healing and recovery.
