Struggling with OCD around food can be exhausting and overwhelming, but I want to remind my fellow men out there that you are not alone. I have found solace in seeking professional help and therapy, and it has truly made a difference in my life. By taking small steps and practicing self-compassion, I have been able to gradually overcome some of my food-related OCD tendencies. It’s important to remember that progress may be slow, but it is still progress. Surround yourself with a support system, whether it’s friends, family, or a support group, and lean on them during tough times. Together, we can navigate through the challenges of OCD and eventually find peace with food.
