Hi everyone, I want to share my story of struggling with eating obsession disorder. It’s been a difficult road, but with the support of my friends, family, and therapy, I’ve been able to make progress. I’ve learned to challenge the negative thoughts and beliefs that fuel my obsession with food and my body image. It’s a daily battle, but I’m learning to appreciate and nourish my body in a healthy way. If anyone else is going through something similar, please know that you’re not alone.
