Overcoming Jazz Binge Eating

I’ve struggled with binge eating for a while now, and it’s been really tough. But I’ve been making progress and I wanted to share some things that have helped me. One thing that has been really important for me is finding support from others who understand what I’m going through. I’ve also been working on finding healthier ways to cope with my emotions, like practicing mindfulness and finding enjoyable activities that don’t involve food.
