Dealing with Harm OCD at 51 has been a challenging experience, but I am determined to overcome it. It’s not easy to constantly have intrusive thoughts and fears, but I refuse to let it take over my life. I’ve found that seeking therapy and support from others who understand what I’m going through has been incredibly helpful. I also make sure to practice self-care and mindfulness to manage my anxiety. I want to encourage anyone else struggling with Harm OCD to seek help and know that they are not alone. There is hope and it is possible to find relief and live a fulfilling life, even with this condition.
