Overcoming Driving Anxiety

I just turned 25 and I’ve been dealing with a severe driving phobia for years now. It’s been really tough for me to admit this, but I’ve finally decided to seek help and work on overcoming this fear. I know that it’s going to be a journey, but I’m willing to put in the effort to improve my mental health and reclaim my independence. I’ve researched different therapy options and I’m determined to take small steps towards getting back behind the wheel. If anyone else has gone through something similar, I would really appreciate any advice or encouragement. Thank you for listening.
