Overcoming Compulsive Spitting: Finding Peace Within

Living with compulsive spitting OCD has been a challenge, but I refuse to let it define me. It’s taken a toll on my confidence and relationships, but I am determined to find peace within myself. Through therapy and support, I am learning to manage my compulsions and finding healthier coping mechanisms.
