I’m a 22-year-old woman who has been dealing with anxiety for as long as I can remember. It’s been a tough road, but I’ve learned a few things along the way that have really helped me cope. First and foremost, finding the right therapist has been a game-changer for me. I’ve also found that practicing mindfulness and meditation has helped me to find peace within myself. Additionally, regular exercise and maintaining a balanced diet have had a significant impact on managing my anxiety. It’s definitely an ongoing process, but I’m feeling more optimistic about the future.
