Navigating Through PTSD thoughts

Dealing with PTSD thoughts at 28 has been a challenging experience for me. The flashbacks and anxiety can be overwhelming at times. But I’ve found solace in seeking help and support from mental health professionals and joining support groups. It’s important to remember that healing is not linear, and setbacks are a natural part of the process. It’s okay to not be okay. I’m learning to be patient with myself and practice self-compassion. One day at a time, I’m learning to cope with and manage my PTSD thoughts. If anyone else is struggling with this, know that you’re not alone, and there is hope for healing and recovery.
