Navigating Through Anxiety

Hello everyone, lately I’ve been dealing with some mild anxiety symptoms and it’s been a bit overwhelming. I never thought I would be someone who struggles with this, but here I am. I’ve been trying to find healthy ways to cope, like talking to a therapist and practicing mindfulness. It’s definitely a process, but I’m hopeful that things will get better. I know I’m not alone in this, and that brings me some comfort. It would be great to hear from others who have similar experiences and how they’ve been managing their anxiety. Thank you for listening.
