Navigating Compulsive Love

Hello everyone, I’ve been struggling with compulsive love disorder for quite some time now and it’s been incredibly exhausting. It’s difficult to control my thoughts and feelings, and it often interferes with my daily life. I’ve been working on recognizing my unhealthy patterns and seeking the support I need to make positive changes. I’ve found that therapy, self-care practices, and reaching out to a supportive community has been beneficial for me. It’s not easy, but I’m learning to prioritize my own well-being and understand that I deserve healthy relationships. I want to encourage anyone else going through something similar to reach out for help and know that it’s okay to prioritize your own mental health. We’re all in this together, and there’s hope for healing and growth.
