Navigating Anxiety in Relationships

As a 22-year-old man, dealing with anxiety in relationships can feel overwhelming at times. It’s natural to feel a little anxious when starting a new relationship or when things get serious. I’ve learned that communication is key and being open with my partner about my anxiety has really helped. I also find that taking time for self-care, whether it’s going for a run, practicing mindfulness, or talking to a therapist, really makes a difference. It’s important to remember that it’s okay to feel anxious, but it doesn’t have to control your relationships. Seeking support and practicing self-care are powerful tools in managing anxiety and maintaining healthy relationships.
