Managing PTSD Triggers

As a 45-year-old man dealing with post traumatic stress disorder, I understand how challenging it can be to manage triggers. I have found that seeking support from a therapist or support group has been incredibly beneficial. Additionally, I have learned relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and mindfulness to help cope with the triggers when they arise. It’s important to remember that it’s okay to seek help and that you are not alone in this journey. Remember to be patient with yourself and take things one step at a time.
