Learning to Overcome Obsessive Compulsive Eating

I’ve been struggling with obsessive compulsive eating for a few years now and it’s been really tough. It’s hard to talk about because I feel like people don’t understand the constant battle going on in my mind. It’s like no matter how full I am, I still feel this overwhelming need to keep eating. But I’ve realized that I can’t let this control my life anymore. I’m reaching out for support and I’m determined to make positive changes in my life. I know it won’t be easy, but I’m ready to take the necessary steps to overcome my struggles with food. I want to encourage others who may be going through something similar to not be afraid to seek help. We’re not alone in this and there are people who understand and want to help us through our challenges.
