As a 36-year-old woman, I have struggled with different types of obsessions for most of my adult life. Whether it’s constantly worrying about cleanliness, or being fixated on certain thoughts, it’s been a challenging experience. However, I’ve learned to manage my obsessions through therapy, medication, and self-care. It’s been a journey of self-discovery and acceptance. I’ve found comfort in knowing that I’m not alone in this struggle, and that there are resources and support available. To anyone else dealing with similar issues, I want to remind you that it’s okay to seek help and that you deserve to find peace and happiness. Let’s continue to support each other on this difficult but rewarding path towards healing and growth.
