# 'It just comes out of nowhere': Ben Gillies struggled with anxiety after Silverchair. This is how he staged a comeback

I recently read an article about Ben Gillies, the drummer from Silverchair, and his struggles with anxiety and mental health. I think it’s incredible that he has been open and honest about his experience, and it’s a reminder to us all that mental health issues are much more common than many of us think. It’s important to remember that anyone can suffer from anxiety and other mental health issues. We can all experience difficult times in our lives, and it’s good to know that we can reach out and get support when we need it. Mental health should be taken seriously, and no one should feel ashamed for seeking help. Thank you to Ben Gillies for being brave enough to share his story and remind us all of the importance of mental health.
