Healing through Family Therapy

As a 43-year-old woman dealing with an eating disorder, I have found family-based therapy to be incredibly beneficial. It has not only helped me address my own struggles, but has also brought my family closer together. Through open and honest communication, we have been able to support each other and work through the challenges that come with my disorder. Family therapy has provided a safe space for us to address underlying issues and learn new coping mechanisms. I am grateful for the support and understanding from my family, and I’m hopeful for the progress we will continue to make together.
