Finding Strength in Support

Hey, I totally hear you on the emotional toll of secondary traumatic stress. It can be really tough to find a safe space to process and heal while also supporting others. As a 56-year-old man working in the mental health field, I’ve definitely had my fair share of difficult days. But you’re right, seeking support from fellow professionals who understand the unique challenges we face is so important. It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s okay to lean on others for support. I’ve found that meaningful connections and open dialogue can really make a difference in finding strength and resilience.
