I have been struggling with my mental health for a while now, and social rhythm therapy has been a game changer for me. As a 43-year-old woman, I never realized how much my daily routines and social interactions impacted my mood and stability. Through this therapy, I have learned to establish regular sleep patterns, meal times, and social activities, all of which have significantly improved my overall well-being. It’s been a challenging process, but I am grateful for the support and guidance I have received. I encourage anyone who is struggling to consider this type of therapy – it has truly made a difference in my life.
