Finding Purpose in the Chaos

Dealing with existential OCD has been one of the biggest challenges of my life. It’s like I’m constantly questioning the meaning of everything and it can be overwhelming. But through therapy and self-reflection, I’ve come to realize that I have the power to find purpose in the chaos. Instead of allowing the uncertainty to consume me, I’ve started to explore different ways to create meaning in my life. Whether it’s through hobbies, volunteering, or connecting with loved ones, I’m making a conscious effort to focus on the present moment and find joy in the small things. It’s a work in progress, but I’m hopeful that I can continue to find peace amidst the existential uncertainty.
