Finding Peace with Night Eating

I never thought I would find myself struggling with night eating at this stage in my life, but here I am. It’s been tough trying to break this cycle and find a way to achieve healthier eating habits, especially during the late hours. I have found that seeking support from others who understand what I’m going through has been so comforting. It’s also reassuring to know that I’m not alone in this battle. I’ve been trying to implement mindfulness techniques and finding activities to do in the evenings to keep my mind off of food. It’s definitely a work in progress, but I’m determined to overcome this challenge.
