Finding Peace: Overcoming PTSD through Counselling

After struggling for years with the effects of post traumatic stress disorder, I finally decided to seek counselling. It was a difficult decision to make, as I had always tried to cope on my own. But I am so glad I took that step. The counselling has helped me to process and understand my trauma in new ways, and I am slowly finding peace. It’s not easy, and there are still bad days, but I can see the progress I’ve made. For anyone out there who is hesitant to seek help, I urge you to take that step. You deserve to find peace and healing, and counselling can truly make a difference.
