Finding Peace in the Midst of Emotional Stress

Hello everyone, I’ve been struggling with emotional stress lately and I’ve been hesitant to seek treatment for it. As a 28-year-old man, I often feel like I need to appear strong and in control, but the truth is, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and lost. I know that seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but I can’t shake off the stigma surrounding mental health issues. However, I’ve realized that it’s okay to not be okay all the time, and I deserve to take care of my mental well-being. I’m considering therapy or counseling to help me navigate through these challenging emotions.
