Finding Peace in Serotonin Obsessive Thoughts

Hello everyone, I’m a 37-year-old woman who has been dealing with serotonin obsessive thoughts for quite some time now. It’s been a tough journey, but I’ve found some strategies that have really helped me to find peace. I’ve discovered that practicing mindfulness and meditation has allowed me to observe these thoughts without getting caught up in them. Additionally, I’ve found that engaging in activities that bring me joy and purpose has helped to shift my focus away from the obsessive thoughts. It’s not easy, and there are still hard days, but I’m learning to be gentle with myself and celebrate the progress I’ve made.
