Finding peace in each step

Hello everyone, I’ve been dealing with compulsive walking for quite some time now and it’s been really challenging. I feel like I just can’t stop moving and it’s starting to take a toll on my mental health. I’ve tried different methods to help manage it, but it’s still a struggle. I’m wondering if anyone else here has dealt with something similar and if you have any tips or advice on how to cope with this.
