Finding Peace Among Chaos

As an 18-year-old man, I never realized the toll that stress could take on my mental health. It’s been a struggle to focus on school, work, and personal relationships while dealing with the effects of stress. I constantly feel exhausted, anxious, and overwhelmed. However, I’m learning to prioritize self-care and seeking support from others who understand what I’m going through.
