I have been struggling with GAD symptoms for a while now, and it has been really tough. The constant worrying, the fear, the panic attacks - they can be overwhelming. But I’ve started to find hope in this battle. I’ve found a great therapist who understands what I’m going through and has been helping me work through my anxiety. I’ve also found support in my friends and family, who have been there for me through the tough times. It’s not easy, and I still have bad days, but I’m starting to see that there is hope for a better tomorrow. To anyone else struggling with GAD, know that you’re not alone.
