As a 36-year-old woman who recently had a baby, I’ve been struggling with postpartum symptoms that have been difficult to navigate. It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions, from the joy of welcoming my baby to feeling overwhelmed and anxious. But I’ve been seeking support and finding hope in speaking with other women who have gone through similar experiences. I’ve also found solace in therapy and learning coping mechanisms to manage my symptoms. It’s not easy, but I’m determined to prioritize my mental health to be the best mom I can be for my little one. If anyone else is going through postpartum struggles, know that you’re not alone. There is hope and help out there, and I believe we can all find our way to healing and happiness.
