Finding Hope After Depression and Alcohol

Dealing with depression after drinking has been such a struggle. It’s been tough, but I finally reached out for help and it’s made a world of difference. I’ve been attending therapy sessions and finding healthier ways to cope with my emotions. I’ve also discovered support groups and communities that have been so understanding and comforting. I’m slowly beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s not easy, and there are still tough days, but I know I’m on the right path.
