As a 51-year-old woman, I have struggled with compulsive dieting for most of my life. It has been a rollercoaster of emotions and unhealthy habits, leaving me feeling exhausted and defeated. I want to break free from the constant cycle of restriction and binging and learn to nourish my body in a positive way.
