Finding Balance and Wellness

As a 22-year-old woman, I have been dealing with a lot of stress and struggling with eating disorders. It’s been tough, but I’ve started seeking help and support from my friends and family. I’ve also been working with a therapist who has been incredibly helpful. I’ve been learning how to manage my stress in healthy ways, and I’m working on developing a healthier relationship with food. It’s still an ongoing process, but I’m feeling more hopeful and determined. I know it’s challenging, but I believe that I can overcome these struggles and find a balance that will bring wellness into my life. I’ve also been trying to focus on self-care and building a strong support system. I know it’s not easy, but I have faith that I can get through this and come out stronger on the other side.
