But I’ve learned that it’s okay to ask for help and to seek out resources that can support me in my journey towards better mental health. I’ve found that therapy and support groups have been incredibly beneficial, and I’ve also learned some coping mechanisms that help me when the symptoms flare up. It’s important to be patient with myself and to recognize that managing OCD is a process, but I’m committed to taking the steps towards a healthier mindset and lifestyle. I want to encourage others who may be struggling with similar challenges to reach out for help and know that they’re not alone in this.
