Embracing Change with Food Therapy

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with food therapy for picky eating as an adult. I’ve always struggled with trying new foods and it’s been a source of embarrassment for me. But with the help of food therapy, I’ve been able to make small steps towards expanding my palate and trying new things. It’s been a challenging process, but I’ve found that having a supportive environment and professional guidance has made all the difference. For anyone else struggling with this, I want to encourage you to give food therapy a chance. It’s never too late to make positive changes in your life, and food therapy has certainly made a difference for me. I’m hopeful for the future and excited to continue this journey towards a healthier relationship with food.
