Coping with Stress on the Frontline

As a 25-year-old man working on the frontline, the stress can really take its toll. It’s tough to see so much hurt and suffering every day, and it feels like the weight of the world is on my shoulders. I’ve been trying to find ways to cope with these feelings, and I’ve found that talking to my coworkers and seeking support from my loved ones has been really helpful. I also make sure to take time for myself and engage in activities that bring me joy. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed, but it’s important to remember that I am not alone in this. We are all in this together, and there is support out there for us. It’s okay to ask for help and take care of ourselves. We’re doing important work, and we deserve to prioritize our mental health.
