Hi everyone, I’m a 19-year-old woman dealing with a lot of stress lately and I’m looking for some support services to help me cope. I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed with school, work, and just life in general. It’s been hard to find the right resources to turn to for help, and I could really use some recommendations. I’ve tried meditation and exercise, but I think I need something more structured to help me manage my stress.
