Coping with Obsessive Thoughts During Pregnancy

Hello everyone, I’ve been struggling with obsessive thoughts during my pregnancy and it’s been really tough. I find myself constantly worrying about everything, from the health of my baby to whether I’m going to be a good mother. It’s taking a toll on my mental health and I feel like I can’t enjoy this special time in my life. I’ve tried talking to friends and family, but I still feel overwhelmed. I’m looking for any advice or support from others who may have gone through something similar.
