Living with different obsessive compulsive disorders has been a daily struggle, but I am determined to conquer them. From constantly checking if the stove is turned off to having intrusive thoughts, it can be exhausting. However, I have found solace in therapy and support groups. I have learned coping mechanisms and mindfulness techniques that have been incredibly helpful. It’s not easy, but I am making progress and that gives me hope. I know I’m not alone in this battle and that brings me comfort. I encourage anyone else dealing with OCD to seek help and not give up. We can overcome these challenges together.
