I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are a lot of apps out there that can help with mindfulness, relaxation, and self-care. I think it’s great that technology can be used to help us take better care of ourselves and to become more aware of our feelings and emotions. I’m definitely going to look into some of the apps mentioned in the article to see if they can help me be more mindful and take better care of myself.

As a 49-year-old man, it’s important to me to make sure I’m taking care of myself mentally, physically and emotionally.
