Breathing Through Anxiety

Hi everyone, I’ve been struggling with shortness of breath and anxiety lately, and it’s been really tough to deal with. I feel like I can’t catch my breath and it’s making me even more anxious. I’ve been trying different breathing exercises and techniques, but nothing seems to be helping. I just feel so overwhelmed and scared. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if you have any tips or advice on how to cope with it. I really want to be able to breathe easier and not live in constant fear.
