A New Way to Tame Your Anxiety

I recently read an article about a new technique for taming anxiety. While I’m not sure if it will work for everyone, I’m intrigued by the idea of using positive affirmations to help reduce anxiety. The article suggested that we replace the negative thoughts that create anxiety with positive ones, and that this could help us to better manage our anxiety. I’m not sure if I’m ready to try this technique, but I can see how it could be helpful for some people. I’m interested to hear other people’s opinions on this new way of dealing with anxiety.
