A New Approach to Managing Obsessive Grooming

Hello everyone, I’ve been dealing with obsessive grooming disorder for quite some time now and it has been quite difficult to manage. I’ve tried various methods and treatments, but I still find myself struggling. However, I recently came across a new approach that has been helping me immensely. By focusing on mindfulness and self-compassion, I’ve been able to slowly change my behavior and reduce the compulsive grooming. It’s not easy, but I’m seeing progress and feeling more hopeful. I just wanted to share this with others who may be going through something similar. Remember, there is always hope and help available.
