I recently read the article from MindBodyGreen about how to stop worrying and it really resonated with me. I’ve often struggled with worrying about things, especially the future. The article gave me some great tips on how to stop worrying and I’m excited to put them into practice. Some of the tips that stood out to me were creating a worry schedule, focusing on the present moment, and reframing my worries. I think these are all great strategies to help me break free from my worrying habit. I’m looking forward to trying out these tips and seeing how they can help me reduce my worrying.
